The energy certificate of a house is a document that indicates how much energy our house consumes to operate under normal conditions and, in turn, certifies the level of efficiency in energy consumption.
Thanks to this document we can get an idea of the energy conditions of the house. If it consumes too much because, for example, the household appliances are very old or the wiring network is in poor condition, it is likely that reforms will have to be made to optimize consumption.
The purpose of obtaining a home energy certificate is to minimize energy consumption in homes. This is intended to achieve two objectives: reduce the amount of electricity bills at home and minimize the environmental impact of excessive use of electricity.
Important! Online agencies do not usually include the energy certificate in their rates, but they can process it for an additional cost. Remember to check the conditions before hiring a real estate agency.
