Three rooms at the Casa Central of the Universidad de Chile were fully equipped so that the members of the Constitutional Convention’s Regulations Commission could carry out their functions during the course of this week, until Friday, August 13. This instance was divided into three subcommittees, to which the University made available its rooms so that each of them could meet in parallel. This contribution of the Casa de Bello was valued by the constituents present, and is part of the objective set by the Convention to hold sessions in other locations -also outside Santiago- in order to generate new instances of dialogue with the community.

Regarding the progress of the work developed by the Rules Committee, composed of 31 constituents, this week will be key for the establishment of the first texts of the rules of procedure that should soon be presented to the Plenary.
