Webhelp, a global leader in customer experience (CX) and commerce solutions, announced its intention to acquire OneLink, a company that provides technology, BPO and customer service to top-tier brands in the United States, Europe and Latin America. OneLink’s clients include high-growth technology brands in industries such as shared mobility, e-commerce, Fintech, fitness technology, payment applications, among others.
Terms of the deal have not been disclosed at this time, but upon closing, Webhelp will have revenues in excess of $2.4 billion, with 190 locations in 55 countries and more than 90, 000 employees worldwide.
