NLP is not about magic tricks or miraculous recipes, its main objective is to provide the person with more options when facing his or her life challenges. We can see through language what a person’s internal machinery is like, discover their objectives and help them make the necessary changes to get closer to their goals more quickly. At the same time, we can learn more about ourselves through self-observation, learn to think, learn how I function internally, my limitations, my strengths, my thoughts, my emotions and become more effective people. You could say that NLP is the engineering of human behavior.
