If we all think of a company’s document archive, huge shelves and drawers with an infinite number of folders come to mind.    All companies have the need to organize documentation and paper copies are already taking a back seat.

Document management allows us to store, organize and manage the flow of company documents. Documents are located by the user who searches for information in an easy and simple way.

With this blog I intend to share my experience regarding document archives. Throughout my working life I have been able to work with both a physical document archive and a document management in the cloud. Regarding the physical archive, I have to say that it was inconvenient to have to leave my workplace to go to the archive on the top floor, locate the folder where the document could be, perform the corresponding operation and go through the same process again to be able to file it again.
