If your profession is regulated and you need to apply for recognition of your professional qualifications, you can apply for recognition using the European Professional Card (EPC). The EPC is an electronic procedure that you can use to have a regulated profession recognized in another EU country.

The EHIC procedure is easier and faster to manage than the standard recognition procedure, and it is more transparent: you can follow the progress of your application online and reuse previously uploaded documents when submitting new applications in other countries.
