How to know my VAT number
When you create an ad account, we will ask you to confirm your business tax status. This means that your objective is to obtain an economic benefit from the advertising you carry out, e.g. increased revenue, sales or registrations. Affiliates, self-employed marketers, partnerships and other business structures are considered businesses. Advertisements may only be used for business purposes.
If your business is domiciled in Ireland, we will apply VAT as set by the Irish tax authorities to purchases you make in connection with the advertisements. In this case, the purchase is deemed to take place in Ireland for VAT purposes.
If you currently use monthly billing, you will need to contact our support team to update your tax information. If you make automatic or manual payments, you can update your tax information in the payment settings.
Mexico VAT Registration Number
What is the VAT registration number of a self-employed person or SME? What does it consist of? How can it be obtained? To answer these questions we have analyzed the official documents of the Tax Agency. In them we find the obligations of any businessman (individual or in Society) with respect to this management.
To request this document you must request your inclusion in the Register of Intra-Community Operators (ROI), for which you must fill in the census declaration of registration or modify form 036.
Once the application has been completed, you will be included in the VIES (VAT Information Exchange System) census. If the Tax Authorities have not resolved this situation within three months, your application may be considered rejected and you will have to try again.
What is the VAT registration number?
If you are an intra-community operator and you wish to buy as a company or self-employed specifying your VAT number on the invoice, we suggest you call our commercial office at 900 150 503 for more information.
Credit cards are not charged until the order is shipped. In the event that the order is cancelled before shipment, the card issuer will release the amount blocked on your card within 3 days.
Once you have informed us of your intention to return a product, you only have to send it back with the purchase receipt, the original packaging and the included accessories. You have an additional 14 days after expressing your intention to return or cancel a service contract to return the products or make arrangements for their collection.
If you pay by credit card, the full amount may be blocked on your card when you place your order. If we do not receive authorization from the card issuer, we will inform you so that you can provide us with another method of payment. The amount will be charged to your card when we accept your order.
Once the application has been submitted, it is important to follow up closely until a positive response is received from the local tax authorities. Sometimes additional queries will be raised and these should be responded to immediately.
As explained above, invoices must be issued in accordance with local regulations. You should keep a book of invoices issued and received, as this information may be required by the tax authorities in the course of an inspection.
A tax representative is a local person or company who will interact with the tax authorities on your behalf. Very often, this representative is jointly and severally liable for your tax debts. This liability extends to VAT payments, penalties and any other tax obligations in the country where your company is registered.
Our VAT registration team relies on technology to speed up all processes and mitigate any risk of error. Our VAT registration assistant will collect all your company’s documents and information and file all the forms so that they are available at any time by your team.
